Crank. The eagle cranks are out. Reasonable too.

You can get custom pistons from almost any piston manufacturer. I know Ross has made some for 93mm cranks, you might want to give them a call.

I am aware of that. Have had custom pistons made on six occasions. Here are the problems with that.
1. they say three weeks. ends up taking two months.
2. I would say 4/6 sets came back not what I wanted. things like rod opening not big enough, compression not what I ordered, rings not matching set, and worst of all one set had a piston that sat .005 higher than the rest.
3. having custom pistons made can be a nightmare. I prefer shelf stock pistons were the bugs have been worked out.

How about using a 4G64 block with off the shelf forged piston(86.5mm)/conrod combo? The block is suppose to be 6mm taller, can they fit in nicely? Like a destroked 2.4L, should be gaining 2.2L with better rod/stroke ratio since the bore is already 86.5mm???

But is the forged crank worth it, cause i heard the stock crank goes for 1000hp without any issue. Or any potential weight-savings? I'm pretty interested in the forged crank(88mm), cause i prefer long-term reliabilty, and reduce the headache to mix/match stuff...

Anyone yet making pistons for 94mm stroke? I am still looking. Cant believe wiseco doesnt yet make them.. GSC pistons wont work for me. No way is it worth it to use custom length rods. Stock rod length is more than fine for 94mm stroke.

Isn't AMS using a 94mm crank? Maybe call them up?
