its been going on for a brief time but whenever im driving on the freeway for a bit the car has a metal chatter noise from the transmission that is audible in the cabin, the car also does it at idle but when you push the clutch in the noise stops. It does it whether the car is cold or hot but becomes more audible at some points when compared to others. Has anyone else had this issue. I took it to the dealer today they said there was a tsb on the 8's but not on the 9's and that they would check it out and repair under warranty, does anyone know what could be the issue

well got it back this afternoon, the problem was a reverse idler gear assembly. they replaced the gear, shaft and all the parts that go along with it, noise is gone. The dealer said there is a tsb on the evo that this is a problem several of the evo's from 03-06.
