How do you know the A/C compressor is turning on and off? This sounds very strange because there really isn't easy to get them tapped into one another (at least not that I can think of off hand).
Are sure it isn't a bad engine fan relay flaking out and turning the engine fan on and off or something? There was a recall for it on the 03's.

ive checkd everything and theres nothing crossed. the tt was installed with a plugin harness and its done it one before the ebc. idk how there could be a short or anything cause no wires have been cut or tapped into
Obviously something isn't perfect. LOL
I really don't know much about the A/C system but, lets just go through it.
What engages the clutch on the compressor? I'm assuming voltage from the A/C switch. What ever it is it's apparently getting power from something that powers up when locking the doors. Whether it is the actual door locks or the lights that blink when locking. But, you made it sound like it's an intermittent thing. It was happening for a while then stopped and started again?
This would be much easier with a wiring diagram.
