which one would you guys use .....

****DISCLAIMER****
**I KNOW THERE HAVE BEEN MANY THREADS ON THIS TOPIC**

i searched all the threads and i found many mixed opinions and all sorts of stuff so i decided to make this thread, for new and up to date info. so if you guys dont have any sort of helpful input id appreciate it if you didnt say anything at all. i dont have too much time for all this insult garbage that i see going around. help me , or dont say anything

THANKS !

alright, here it is. im looking at the hallman pro and the forge unos MBCs ....

i looked at all the threads, and i noticed some people saying the forge unos gave them problems with clogging of somesort, i didnt notice anything really bad about the hallman pro.

basically what i want in this thread is people that have experience with both to tell me which one they have had no problems with. i want to install it, set it for a certain boost , and forget its there. so if one is less problematic than the other, even if the forge has 10 out of 500 that are bad and the hallman has 0 out of 500 that are bad, i want the hallman. so basically the one that works best with the least amount of headache. im gonna buy it most likely tonight so let me know whats up

thanks

Yes, they both work about the same. If you want ease of adjustability, get the Forge since it has a knob on top that has a subtle notch or click when you turn the knob.

personally i went with the hallman mbc. the forge is nice because it has the "subtle notch" when adjusting. i havent heard of the problems forge was having with some of their mbc in a while so that should not be a issue. cant go wrong with either.

forge might cause some problems due to oiling issues, I swithed to Hallman. No issues yet!

Dejon, Hallman Forge, Turbo XS, Joe P....they all work basically the same way. You will get varying results on each and every boost controller depending on your setup. It basically comes down to asthetics (if that matters to you) and cost.

I just installed my forge 2 days ago. Couldn't be any happier with it, and the notch feature is definitely a nice way to "step" the boost up. So far no problems, holds ~21psi nicely on my car.
