Instructions say one Vac for wastegate to solenoid and one vac line form turbo to solenoid.

Am i suppose to cap off the intake port and the lower intercooler with NO T's. The Perrin EBCS was on my car before but was removed when the stroker was installed. Im currently running WG boost.
