In that case, I need to take one for a spin at AutoX.

r0gu3 - I sold my moderatly modded (stock twins, but everything else aftermarket) 1993 R1 this December to make room for my Evo. If I ever get my damn car I will let you know what I think. I have a half dozen friends with fds that are more then a little curious to find out what this 4-door grocery getter is capable of....

wasn't the problem resoloved? if you add part "X" to your Evo and it causes a CEL, simply removing part "X" should solve your problem... with the Evo being so new, I would wait and let the tuners do a lot of the testing, unless of course you can afford an engine rebuild. (not that all CELs are indeed "real" problems, but I would error on the side of caution)

my 2 cents

Well that's a bit unlikely of an approach, however. Someone who just spent a couple hundred bucks on a BOV is unlikely to say "well, gives me a CEL. Oh well, who's to say I didn't try" and take it off. Especially since other members have had plenty of luck intalling an aftermarket BOV with no CEL.

I'd love to know. Hopefully it makes up for not having the R1 anymore.

Does anyone know how to reset the Service Engine Soon light? I put a new Cold Air Intake on my Lancer O-Z and we forgot to reconnect the Mass Air Flow Sensor and started the car we immediatly realized what was wrng and shut the car off hoever the light still came on and I dont know how to get it reset? Does anyone know if there is a way other than taking it to the dealer?
