Arrow exhaust manifold??? need aftermarket or keep stock??

Hello, this is a question that i have asked a lot of people and i get a lot of different opinions, please help??
Will an aftermarket exhaust manifold help me on my stock turbo, because im getting my o2 hotside soon, and might as well get headers, but should i , cuz some are tellin me yes, more air flow, some are tellin me no, that there will be no effect!! Please help so that i know if i should get one or not?? Thanks

get either full race headers for 800 dollars or get your stock mani coated and ported for 145, you get almost the same results
