Testpipe Vs Resonated Testpipe

Hi

Are there any differences between the (Megan) resonated testpipe and the (Helix) testpipe in performance?

Also, how much noise is reduced with the resonated testpipe?

Thanks

I have an AMS TBE and I went from their HFC to a resonated TP and the TP made a noticeable decrease in droning and overall noise inside the cabin.

You went from an HFC to an RTP and REDUCED noise? That is HIGHLY unlikely. An RTP is still a straight pipe - it will be way louder than an HFC.

Oracle, why do you keep making threads asking about differences between Megan and Helix exhaust parts? They are virtually identical. If the Helix TP is not resonated, then it's lighter, flows more, and is louder. The Megan is heavier, flows a little less, and is not as loud, but it's still quite loud.
