BR 3065 kit...complete?
As the title asks, just how complete is the Buschur Racing 3065 turbo kit? Does it include every and all bits and pieces such as gaskets lines and bolts etc. Will the stock oil feed and drain lines work?
I have a set of Greddy 720cc injectors. Would these nozzles be way too small or would they be adequate as long as I keep boost @ 25# on pump gas? Or, will I need to get bigger injectors right off the bat?
Does it require a special downpipe? Will I need to find a radiator/fan solution? Will this size turbo necessitate a standalone ECU or can I get by with a flash, ECUflash, or even will my XEDE work?
I am pondering going with this turbo after originally planning to only do a bolt-on upgrade(20G-LT). I figure that even with the 20GLT Ill have to do a clutch upgrade...so what the hell, might as well go bigger. I figure I can learn to live with the additional lag.
I realize that I should have done a search, but I was just wondering about the overall completeness of the Buschur kits. Anyone who has installed one care to comment? Thanks.

Yep, I likely would just pickup the phone and call David, if I lived in the U.S., but I don't. Besides, I am just too cheap to even contemplate paying the international phone charges.
I recall having read that the AMS kits are complete down to the last bolt and washer, I just wasn't sure on the Buschur kits. I imagine that I can send Jarrod an E-mail on Monday. On their site, the price seemed so reasonable, that I wondered if I might have to supply a few of the bits myself.

This is our middle of the road turbo upgrade for the Evolution 8 or 9. It falls in between the GT30 and the GT35R. This kit includes everything you need to install the kit equipped with our front mount kit (other intercoolers will require you to provide a lower intercooler pipe solution). This kit includes: FP3065 Turbocharger, BR produced cast exhaust manifold produced from NI-Resist material, TiAL 44mm external wastegate, stainless steel O2 housing, replacement low profile cooling fan, oil feed line, oil return line, misc fittings, bolts and gaskets.

You will need the following: But can also be ordered from Buschur
-LICP solution, since the stocker LICP wont work.
-Intake with a 4" coupler
-Engine management like Ecuflash (which i use along with quite a few others on this board)
I think thats about it. It comes with new oil feed and return lines. You can manipulate the OEM water lines to run around the larger housings. Also make sure you get manifold nuts that will fit or else you will be doing some grinding with the OEM ones. I had to search my shop for the right nuts.

just about any dp should work since the turbo kit is designed to bolt up to the exhaust system that Buschur also manufactures
I do believe that the O2 housing has a bung for the front O2 housing as well
Buschur designs his kits based on the premise that the buyers will have already done the upgrade stages 1-4 listed on his website. these stages include tbe, intake, injectors, fuel pump, mbc, etc....the turbo will bolt up to and work well w/ the stages he has provided and shouldnt need any further parts other then tuning of course

The kit is complete, the only part we do not supply is the MAF pipe. Depending on what you have now we can sell you a coupling to adapt to it, but it does not come with the kit.
The turbo kit does come with a lower i/c pipe which is a 90 degree bend. This bend will fit to everyone of our FMIC's. Depending on what FMIC you have choosen to buy (if it isn't ours) it may or may not bolt right up to it.
We can install an 02 sensor bund in the 02 housing IF you request it. Otherwise we will assume you are running a stand alone (which we recommend with a large turbo kit such as this) and then we leave it off as you won't want it or need it.
The downpipes. I use to say that our turbo kit would work with any downpipe that uses a flat flange and not the factory donut gasket. Recently we have looked into this further and I am pretty convinced that any downpipe will work with our 02 housing/turbo kit because the stock one bolts up to it just fine. You will have to eliminate the springs bolts from the stock downpipe to 02 housing connection and use a normal bolt with a flat and lock washer on it.
Any other questions....just ask.

What about the 50 trim kit? I am going with your 50 trim kit and does it come with everything it needs to bolt up without any problems. And I would like to order the tubular manifold as well, DO you coat the manifold so it doesn,t rust, change color over time. Thanks David love the parts!!!!!!!!
The 50 trim kit is identical to the other kits, just a smaller turbo. All the same install parts are in each kit. The 50trim with the header will be more and so will the ceramic coating on that particular kit. With the header, 02housing and dumptube all being 304 stainless we do not coat those automatically.
I'm confused becuase on your website it says it comes with a cast manifold but in the picture it shows a tubular SS manifold. Which kits come with cast and which kits come with SS?
