Red face So manifold cracked again!

So i discovered last week that my megan manifold has 2 huge cracks on it again !! My firsit one had 5 cracks in it when i took it out.. I havent removed it to see if its cracked anywhere else but im sure it probably is... I ran 12.43@109.86 with the manifold like this so im putting the stocker back on and going back to the track to see if i pick up any mph...

You need a ported stock mani! Check out the link in my sig for different options

Unless there is a big Garret snail on my car I will be using a cast iron mani...slightly modified of course.

Gains of 7-15whp are common with just a manifold.

On my car I wasn't able to dyno afterward due to the shop closing down

So I took it to the track and found the gains of a ported manifold and my coated 02 housing.

Previous best was
11.57 @119 with 1.60 60ft

new best is
11.51 @120 with a worse 1.67 60ft.

The track doesn't lie! If my 60ft was the same that run would of been easy 11.4X

I hardly consider megan junk. I have had the manifold over almost two years without issue. I did eventually port my stock manifold but wont change it out until the megan manifold does actually crack.

Nice, if you are interested in having it Swaint coated let me know...I could also gasket match it to your turbo hotside for the best flow!
