Snaped manifold bolts...
I pulled my manifold and turbo tonight and snaped one of the studs of the turbo that is used to bolt the turbo to the manifold. i have since left the manifold and the turbo on the floor ( still attached by 3 bolts ) after spraying some wd40 on the bolts. what do i do about the snaped stud?

If the stud is sticking up a ways you could try and extractor. Not the kind you drill in but there is one they have a sears that you use on the outer shank kinda like using vicegrips. Heating the bolt might help when doing this. We tried that first and the bolt snapped, then we used the drill press and then tap.
That happened to me, tried to drill it out but after a few hours I got frustrated and just broke out the plasma cutter. Cut straight through the bolt, now I just use a nut on a longer bolt, works fine.
