I searched around and asked the vendors and have not received a straight answer.

I am looking for a quieter exhaust and am interested in the fujitsubo. My question is does it fit the ix and does anybody with a ix have it installed?

Yes it does,the only difference between the VIII and the IX cat back exhaust is the O2 bung location. The IX's is in the cat and the VIII has it on on the cat back pipe right after the cat. If the exhaust is made for the VIII you just plug the bung with a bolt. I've seen the Legallis exhaust on a couple of cars,the only issue you may have is that it might be a bit short if used with the USDM rear bumper. Since you're in NJ contact Adam over at Z1,he has good prices on them.
