Did you replace the front engine mount or install an engine torque damper? Do you have a flex section in your DP? I'm asking mainly because I'm about to install one of these on my car and I'm hoping I won't have this problem.
You do have 400 hp torquing against a somewhat low end manifold ... I wouldn't be suprised if it did crack. Sorry to hear though.

Get rid of the megan manifold! All but headaches. Port the stock one and see your differences. If better keep it if not weld the megan and pray it will never crack again but they use weak metal to make and weld that manifold.
Off with its head!!! lol

Wait. You don't know if it's cracked or if it's just the gasket..yet you make a thread titled "Megan header cracked!!!" ??
It's not just an issue with Megan headers..but many tubular headers. When you have the full weight of the turbo pulling on the header it's likely to crack at some point.
I'd personally use a ported/coated stock manifold over most of the tubular headers.
