Dude!

Did you not research this piece of @*%%^! The best thing that worked for me was to remove on of the spring like I said earlie. It will then work. The only thing is with this bov the diaphram insid cracks even when it is left with both springs on it. I seen it happen more than once. Not the best bov on the market. I have one sitting in my trunk for about a year and it is brandnew!

BOV's have a 'sweet spot'. Adjust it until you find it, or get another one. HKS SSQV is what I got and I have no problems with flutter. Good luck.

is it in correctly... did you put it in backwards...75 % of people think they put it in correctly and its wrong.. thats what causes flutter.. same thing that happened to me.. then found out the person who put it in had it in backwards...

I have a tial and it flutters in low rpms of 1-3rpms then stops when going WOT! However, it does flutter some during partial throttle. In addition, it gives me some idle issues keeps hunting or drops down like it wants to stall.

noticed you made a post about your greddy fluttering now matter what you did to try and eliminate it.. same thing happened to me.. you have the bov in backwards..the blue recirucultion part of the bov should be in the lower tube and so that the top where the adjustable screw is is facing the exhaust manifold

should look like this!!

Jesus Christ, you replaced arguably the best bov on the market that CAME WITH YOUR CAR for a piece of crap noisemaker. You get what you deserve. Why did you replace your stock bov? plan on running higher that 25 psi? doubtful. Damn ricers.
