Post OBDII pin description

I have a small project that I'm working on and I need a pin configuration out of a OBDII for the EVO VIII. I tried looking in the manual (the big one on CD, not the booklet that came with the car) and could not find it there. If someone could assist me on this one I would appreciate that.

It's a J1962 connector, so pin assignment is mandated by the SAE. Wikipedia has a breakdown of the pins:

The Evos speak ISO 9141, so pin 7 and 15 are for comms (mostly pin 7), and 4, 5, and 16 are for grounds and power (respectively).
