4500-5000 R.P.M. depending on weather conditions.

how much boost you run on 91 octane?
22 PSI

Yes you did. I am running the stock air box with a K&N drop in filter.

how long you planning on sticking with the stock clutch?
Until it gives out. Since I do not drag race or pop the clutch I do not think it will fail on me (knock on wood)

It is enough power for me.... for now....

Wow! Very stock looking setup. I like the stealth look under the hood. I'm sure its a gas to drive.

I went with the Street Power/Track ***** Kit.

"The Road Race GT Turbo Kit for now is pretty much what ever you want it to be for $3900 installed. For now with people draggin in all possible combinations of intercoolers and intakes, with people wanting different levels of bling and stealth, we are doing a one price fits all deal. Later we'll have a kit "to go" that will fit an average pipe/intake/BOV/filter/battery combos. But usually anyone with a need and use for a turbo this size will have something odd to work around. Being a full race shop first and internet presence last we are equipped and able to deal with that kind of thing.

The RRE EVO8/9 Turbo kit includes:

RRE/Hafe Tubular Cast SS Exhaust Manifold
RRE/Hafe Investment Cast SS Turbine Outlet (O2 Housing) Hits Stock DP Location, No DP Needed.
TiAL 44mm V-Band External Wastegate
RRE SS Wastegate Dump Tube (Recirculated back to O2 Housing)

Garrett GT Series Ball Bearing Turbo W/Anti-Surge Compressor Housing (See Below)

Manifold to Turbo Hardware:
RRE SS Gasket (Turbo to Manifold)
Mitsubishi 10mm SS Studs
Mitsubishi 10mm SS Spring Washers
Mitsubishi 10mm SS Mechanical Lock Nuts

Turbo To O2 Housing Hardware:
RRE SS Turbine Outlet Gasket
Mitsubishi 8mm SS Studs
Mitsubishi 8mm SS Washers
Mitsubishi 8mm Copper Plated Mechanical Lock Nuts

Dump Tube to O2 Housing Hardware:
RRE SS Gasket (Dump Tube to O2 Housing)
8mm SS Allen Bolts
Mitsubishi 8mm SS Washers

Oil Lines:
RRE SS Braided oil Supply Line
AN Aluminum Oil Filter Assembly (W/Serviceable Element)
Mitsubishi Oil Drain Pipe
Mitsubishi Oil Drain Gaskets
Oil Drain Tube Bolts

Water Lines:
Mitsubishi (modified) Metal Front Water Pipe
Kit uses the original EVO rear water pipe
Additional Water Hose and Smooth Clamps

Options:

Lower Intercooler Pipe and Silicone Couplers and HD Clamps to Fit Various Aftermarket Intercoolers

Heat Shield Mounting Studs (Allows you to bolt your trimmed factory heat shield to the manifold)

Black Painted TiAL 44mm Wastegate
Black Anodized TiAL 44mm Wastegate

3" to 4" Silicone Adapter Hose To Fit Various Aftermarket (AEM, Injen...) Intakes
3" Turbo Inlet Pipe To Fit Stock MAS and Open Filter (W/BOV Recirc.)
3" Turbo Inlet Pipe To Fit Stock MAS/Stock Air Box (W/BOV Recirc.)
3" Turbo Inlet Pipe and Open Filter (3" may be necessary to clear various under hood junk)
4" Turbo Inlet Pipe and Open Filter
4" Turbo Inlet Pipe to Fit Empty Stock Air Box (Stealth Mode)

All inlet pipes include silicone couplers and heavy duty clamps.
Options for plain, polished or anodized finish.

Possible and Suggested Turbos:

E-Pinions Fashion Turbo - Ball Bearing 50 Trim
You are the kind of guy that can spend a month trolling the internet searching for a turbo that can make 400 hp/400 lbs torque on pump gas and still spool like a stock turbo. You lose sleep over this Holy Grail. You plan on never using more than 100 octane gas and will live your life mostly on 91 octane.

Street Power/Track ***** - Ball Bearing GT3076
Mostly 91 octane kind of guy but you like to play on some good race gas when you can afford it. You hit track days several times a year and may feel like busting off an 11 second run when you are in the mood. You value spool but dont lose sleep over it.

Track ***** Deluxe - Custom Ball Bearing GT35R
You live close to a race gas supply, maybe you sport a stroker motor, sometimes you go commando just for fun. You have spare wheels with R Compound rubber mounted and every track day your car is running you are there. Getting into a smooth freight train type pull here.

Drag Queen/Race Gas **** - Ball Bearing Full GT35R
You live life 1/4 mile at a time and your spare tranny is with Shep. Full trailered road racer with a stroker fits this turbo too. For you "pump gas" is when you are out of C-16 and you suffer with a tank of 100 and keep the boost to only 25 psi.

Or if the internet talks to you or a special turbo spells out in your breakfast cereal one morning just about anything can be made to fit.
