New affordable wideband O2 controller/display

Hey guys, I don't know if any of you are actually using a wideband O2 sensor in your car or not.

Zeitronix is selling a tiny wideband O2 sensor controllers that have an integrated display:

http://www.zeitronix.com/

A number of us have been running these for months down here in Southern California where Zeitronix is based. They work well--I've been using it in conjunction with an AEM EMS on my 1998 Eclipse. The display is easy to read at-a-glance and the entire unit is smaller than a pack of cards.

For any of you that are looking to accurately monitor your A/F ratios--especially you Evo 8 guys that are cranking up the boost --I highly recommend these units! One of the most affordable and discreet wideband O2 controllers setups around built with high quality components. Great customer service too.

He also has digital LED displays for your narrowband stock O2 sensors if you're interested. Road Race Engineering has been selling the Zeitronix displays for a while now.

Y'know, I really don't know--I haven't had a chance to test it back-to-back with a pricey wideband unit. We tested against a UEGO setup a while ago and it seemed very accurate, but I don't know much about that system.

In any case, it's been accurate enough for me to run my EMS off of, with closed-loop control even.

It comes with your Bosch 02 sensor which I've heard isn't that accurate whe trying to go past a certain voltage. Id rather by a Motec and make my friends pay me to use it.

Funny enough, that's actually the infamous NTK L1H1 sensor he's throwing in for $180. The ones he found are coming in a Bosch box though for some reason.

It's not the cheaper sensor that you're thinking of, although people are attempting to use those now due to availability issues with the NTK. In the future, Zeitronix will probably support this sensor.
