fuel injection for the evo

I have no idea about this so... the stock fuel injector for evo does 550cc.. if i was to get one that did 1000cc would it just work fine if i replaced or would it still cut off at 550cc unless i get a ecu adjustment

If you change the injectors, you will have to let the ECU know, ie. reprogram or change it and reprogram. What cut off are you referring to? If you mean the fuel cut, it has nothing to do, strictly speaking, with injector size.
