Need wiring diagram for 03 evo

I'm planning to install a Rostra cruise control on my 4 day old EVO (enough of this tyranny! I cannot be expected to actually HOLD MY FOOT DOWN while driving on the freeway! It's just TOO DAMNED EXHAUSTING!!! )

I've installed cruises b4, pretty straightforward & this unit is even easier (no magnets & pickup, no separate control box & servo, no dump valve, etc.) but I need to locate the electronic signals for tach & vehicle speed sensor, so I'd like to have a wiring diagram b4 poking around. I plan to buy a shop manual (dealer said $170, but it's not in his catalog yet so he can't ordered it. Seems like my last FSM was about $75 ('91 Sentra SE-R. My my, how times have changed... )) If someone has this diagram & can scan it for me & send it in an email it would be terrific. A lot of people have asked about adding cruise, I'll take photos etc & post them if I can get the schematic.

TIA!

Dan

BTW I know the diagram is probably a fold out thing about a block & a half long, so I appreciate the trouble if somone can do this

BTW II in another post on cruises, someone posted a diagram of the factory cruise set up on a "regular" Lancer, saying they got it from the "Mitsubishi tech site". I can't find such a site & the guy hasn't replied to my email asking about it. Anyone know the address?

Its not a wiring diagram, but the closest thing you can get.. Everything you need should be identified on the ECU wiring pinouts..

Look at pin 58 and 86...

And yes.. Most of this info is already available on Mitsubishi's tech website, but they fail to identify DETAILED ECU Wiring..

Thank you Road Race Engineering for this info.. I'd never have been able to figure out some of the stuff I needed without it..

MJ-Thanks for the replies. There should be a VSS signal present at the diagnostic connector, easy to get to, can use either the tach signal at the ECU or a clutch switch, the latter of which would cost more (amazingly, nearly 30 bucks) but would be easier than digging into the center console & accessing C-115. A connector going to the instrument cluster might also work. I have an electronics background & I really hate the idea of those mid-wire clamp on connectors, I generally either solder a lead onto an connector terminal (backside) or just cut the wire & solder a lead in, then cover with heat shrink tubing. Now all I have to do is find someone who SELLS the thing in KIT form, rather then wanting to INSTALL it, which seems to be the only places listed in the Rostra site (touch MY new baby, NOT ON YOUR LIFE!!! )

The Mitsu tech site is interesting, found most of this info there (I think I did see an image mentioning the ECU pinout someplace), but it's pretty unwieldy to use, you have to keep clicking from one image to another, with the schematics anyway to get them big enough to use they're way to big to see the whole image at once, then when you have to refer back to an earlier view, you can't find the freekin' thing! Still, for free (temporarily) better than nothing, I can see though I'll have to pony up the nearly $200 for a FSM Only way anyone but me is touching this car is if it’s WARRANTY!
