AMS does not bore out the motors or o ring them in shop they send them out to get done by a man that only goes by the name of bill. He has been doing motors for over 30 years and i beleave he does 97% of AMS motor builds well. He just did my block and head. And it looks the same way o ring and all. That looks like its laid out for the stock OEM h/g

97%.. that's a very exact figure you got there, where did you get that from? 'Cmon man, what is your deal?
If you don't know or want to know, just ask. Don't take wild guesses and spread mis-information. We do not do our own block & head machine work, but we do all of our assembly here. Assembly includes measurement, inspection, ect.. Each engine we build we measure clearances and make sure everything is within specifications.

thanks martin, I know you remember me i talked with you at the shot out about my motor. It was not tim or Ross's fault. It was a detination issue from gas getting past the rings with a miss fireing spark plug at WOT and full load. This motor will be tuned again by you once i get everything else I need.
