What kind of datalogging does the Evo's have? Here in the US the eclipses and talons have OBD II for emissions and that allows us to tap into the ECU for O2, spark advance, etc... Thats on the 95-99 models. On the 91-94 they have a little more use and the chip can be reprogrammed.

World market EVO's do not have OBD-II. They may have some other datalogging I do not know.
