Lightweight Flywheel
Anyone installed one of these yet?
Will this give any major gains?

Will primarily just allow your engine to rev quicker, but will also decel slightly quicker which could have some minutely small effect on gas mileage if you're coasting (yeah, who the hell cares). Overall, probably a decent thing to do if you happen to be getting your clutch replaced, but if not, it wouldn't be on my big list of priorities unless you've got alot of money floating around or, if doing it yourself, alot of spare time.
The main bennefit you get from a light flywheel (from a performance perspective aside from the quicker shifts) is better acceleration in first and second gear. Sport Compact had the equation in an older issue but think of it like this: along with moving he vehicle, the engine also has to "move" itself, in lower gears the affect of lightening the flywheel by say 10 lbs would equate to taking 200 - 300 lbs off the weight of the car. As the gear ratios get taller the advantage gets smaller.
I have had aluminum flywheels in two cars now ( a ford contour v6, and a street ported 4port rx7). It's easy to notice the quicker acceleration in first and second but beyond that....... it's just about the throttle response.
