Megan testpipe to stock dp

I just installed my Megan test pipe with a Megan cat back mounted to a stock downpipe and everything was good until I test drove the car about 30 miles. All sudden i hear a little exhaust leak...I already found where its coming from. Its coming from the downpipe to testpipe. Whats weird is that my testpipe was aligned correctly until now. It just looks like my test pipe moved and checked everything and bolts were tight! Anyone else is having that issue with the stock downpipe and a test pipe?

Thanks

Is the test pipe a 3" diameter one? If so, mating it up to the stock downpipe's 2.5" and having a leak wouldn't be out of ordinary. I would get a helix V2 downpipe for $200 pronto... it would be a good fix.... and a lot more power to add.

There are many vendors on here that claim their 3" testpipe bolts up to the stock downpipe and with use of their included gasket, ensure there will be no leak. I currently have a leak . Must be a magical gasket..

well, yeah it a 2.5 inch stock downpipe mated to a 3inch Megan test pipe. I was getting the Megan downpipe but they are backorder. So for right now I want to use the stock downpipe and made sure there was no leak.
