Installed exhaust...should I reset ECU?

I've got an HKS drop-in air filter and a Buschur TBE w/cat. No tune yet. I know with Subies it was standard practice to reset the ECU after such mods to reset it to the factory settings and make it forget everything everything it had learned before the mods were installed.

Would it help to reset my ECU? Do I need to get a flash ASAP? Am I flirting with disaster, not at elevated risk, or somewhere in between?

you are ok without a tune.

you just are not optimizing the performance of the mods.
