listen guys, i have stock 04 evo with some mod..everytime i go to 5th gear from 4 in high rmp like 4k above it grind when going in and below that it go in pretty smooth...my car has 31k miles and i know it not the clutch. any1 got ideas wut going on

 

Is it stock, or does it have mods? It can't be both.

If you read my recall/TSB thread, or if you read about 10,000 other similar threads, you'll see that there was a 5th gear synchro TSB on earlier Evos...

You also can't know it's not the clutch. When a clutch wears down, or if it's not adjusted properly, it can cause grinding, too.

PS. Please spell out words like "anyone" and "what." This isn't kindergarten.
