Bad Fuel Pump?!?!?

So I got dynotuned this weekend, and I have an interesting problem. At about 5600 RPMS every time my o2 curve goes up and then back down. No matter how we try to compensate for it, it always goes back up. I have no clue why it is doing that. I have a walbro fuel pump installed, and my thinking is it might have been bad or going bad. What's odd is it happens at exactly the same RPM every time. I didn't do a dyno curve before i did any mods, so I dont know if it was doing it since day one. I dont have anything big done to my car except for a TBE and o2 housing. Has anyone seen this before or can add any thoughts or suggestions? I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!

-Jason

PS. This dyno reads really low

Just to add... I have been trying to think of everything I have added to this car. I realized that I added an additional Boost gauge (SW) to my setup. Now I know the factory MR boost gauge taps into the Fuel Pressure Reg. I then "T"d into my MR boost gauge to add that 2nd gauge. I found out this weekend that my boost readings were about 3-4 psi off than what I was actually boosting. I am just wondering if any of this could be what is causing my issue??!?!?
