anyone with forge dv please help.

hi everyone, i recently got the buschur upper intercooler pipe flanged to the forge diverter valve that sits on the pipe. i dont know if i got a bad one but man this thing is a piece of sh**. i live in utah so i can never get a hold of the east coasters on time before they close but i will try again to get this issue resolved tomorrow but anyways. it is loud and obnoxious and always makes that cha cha cha cha sound whenever i let off the throttle. in 4th and 5th gear if i got WOT whenever i reach peak boost it will just start going crazy and releasing all of my boost so i can only effectivly get to about 10 psi if i am lucky in 5th gear. if i even think of moving my foot when i am on boost the valve will sense the throttle let off and just start shaking the car making it so hard to drive... i have tried all of the springs that this valve came with and they all do the same thing. did i get a defective valve or am i doing something wrong or is this how all of them are? well like i said i am contacting buschur and forge tomorrow to see if i can get this fixed but any advice would be appreciated thanks.

You should be able to call us anytime before 2:00 PM your time and we'll still be here.

Your description of the problem isn't very clear and it would be impossible for us to effectively diagnose any issues over the forum, so please call us and we'll figure something out.
