Looks ok, possibly running a little lean. How many miles are on these plugs?

Maybe just over 1,000 miles. I was worried about how the arch part of the plug that is silver has some chip parts in the color of it.

Thanks for the link, it says that my light gray means it is normal, but does not say anything about it being light gray with chips in the gray. I can almost scrape it off with with my finger nail. Is that I sign of detnation or anything?

You cant check spark plugs unless you do it correctly. If you were just cruising before you pulled them they will have reached its self cleaning temps in which they will look rather lean- or cleaner than usual. This is not a correct way to check plugs. The proper way is to go out and use full boost and redline shifts and much as possible, then quickly try to remove the plugs and inspect them, this will show you if your mixture is lean or rich.

Those plugs look normal, their is nothing but normal wear showing, and they dont look rich or lean, just about right.

bump.....I did go out and high boost before I pulled them but it took me a minute or two of slow driving in my neighborhood before i could pull them. I think the color of the plugs looks good, but what i am concerned about is th fact that there are some chips in the color.
