REplacing Clutch with OEM clutch parts...

I Know I need:

1) Clutch Disk
2) Pressure Plate
3) Release Bearing
4) Alignment Tool
5) Flywheel resurfacing

But what is a:

6) Release Fork

it's the fork that holds the TOB and is pushed on by the slave cylinder. it usually doesn't need to be replaced unless it's visibly worn down at it's contact points. i couldn't see that happening until very high miles though.
