I would be REALLY SHY about putting Royal Purple in any car.

check out this site...it is full of chemists and enthusiasts.

They did an oil analysis on RP, and the results were horrible...it lost over 20% of it's viscosity in 1000 miles...

I would go with German Syntec (Available only at AUTOZONE)...it will be a 0w-xx...and say made in Germany...this is a true esther based synthetic, and not a stupid Group III hydrocracked oil like the U.S. Syntec...MADE IN GERMANY...it is supposed to be the best stuff out there...it's color is, ironically, purple when you pour it.

Secondly I would either use Amsoil or Mobil 1....both great true synthetics...I am a little aprehensive about Amsoil though...a little shady for my liking...pyramid marketing Amway style and all.

Redline is also supposed to be top notch, but that **** cost $$$Bread yo!

Good luck...but I would advise you to avoid Royal Purple...

Oh, I almost forgot...here it the site:

www.bobistheoilguy.com

go to the forums...

Good luck! I hope that I helped you out!

When Porsche comes factory filled with Mobil 1, you really can't go wrong. Also, for the same reason you can't go back to regular oil after using synthetic oil, you really should check what your synthetic oil 's MSDS ( Material Safety Data Sheet ) is. That will tell you what's in the oil so you can choose other products that had the same chemicals. You might loose the postive properties of a specific synthetic oil if you mix and match.
