How is the 20GLT at high altitude?

Since I didn't get a good response from people in Colorado, I'm wondering what type of results are others in high altitude areas getting with this turbo. I'm interested in this turbo but want good results in high elevation. The last IV 20G-5didn't do so hot up here so just wondering what this one will do.

Dave Buschur, please chime in on this subject if you can help. Thanks!

Where did you ask the Colorado folks? I didn't see a post on RMEVO.com. People have only just gotten their LTs and even more recently gotten them tuned. We just had the first annual RMEVO meet today with 28 Evos, and there was at least one with the LT that had been custom tuned. Could have found out in person what the verdict was, but there are also dyno results posted in the Vishnu forum down below.

One on race gas made 65whp more than I do on my 05 turbo on alky. The rest of our mods are about the same. One also made 30-35 more whp on 91oct than I do on alky with my stocker. Both of those results looked pretty good to me (same dyno on both).

Hmmm........ So basically the 20GLT might work out pretty good up here then? I'd like to hear more before doing the purchase.

Mine should arrive in the next few weeks. I will get it tuned very soon afterward. I will post numbers at that time. I am in Germany and my elevation is around 3K-4.5K ft.. Good luck.
