I am having a hard time getting my HKS EVC V to work with my new 35r setup...

If you are looking down on the unit with the ports facing away from you:

the far right port I have connected to an intake manifold vaccum

The middle is going to the side of my Tial wastegate and T 'd to a vacum before the intercooler

The far left is going to the top of the wastegate

I have my unit currently set at 0 (so it should just be wastegate...) with a max boost of 20lbs...however, it is wanting to boost to whatever it wants...Any help would be great!

 

I have an external wastegate and the hks evc. I T'd into the vacuum line that attaches the wastegate to the turbo.

 

Set it to external wastegate.

 

Im not sure I know which vacum your talking about?? you mean the line thats on the side of the wastegate?

 

Theres a setting for it? in the unit itself???

 

oh ok, are you talking about the "SW" "PO" Switch on the back of the control unit?
