Most possible, Check your By pass valve to see if its leaking or not. Might have to change a new one if your running 22-23 lbs of boost.

like I said in my original post 20-21 lbs.

edit. There is no question in my mind whether or not my stock BOV is or will eventually leak with these conditions, however this does not explain why my car feels like it is going to stall out when I start to drive away...

did you cap the vacum line that goes under the intak to the boost sielonoid.
