What mods can be safely added to a basic Stage 1 (MBC, TBE, drop in, and flash) before re-tuning becomes necessary?

I assume an upgraded BPV (BOV) would be OK?
Cat delete pipe should be fine?
O2 housing should be OK?
Intake? I'd think so. Not sure.
LICP? Ditto.
Ported exhaust manifold? Not sure.
FMIC? Not sure.

What about...
Fuel pump? Supposed to increase AFR by approx. 0.5.
Cams? Supposed to reduce AFRs.

Would fuel pump and cams offset each other? Not ideal w/o a tune, but
would the motor at least be safe?
