So what are some options for larger turbo guys who will run upwards of 30 psi at times, but are still on the stock MAF?

Forge RS (had bad luck in the past, so no)
HKS w/ recirc kit (Heard they still suck, so no)
Tial (VTA, so no)
APS (?)

Do the HKS w/ recirc kit still cause problems guys? I heard that once before, but i can't imagine why...

I've been running the HKS ever since I bought the car, only because the previous owner never gave me the stocker because he "lost it". I constantly have to make adjustments to the valve spring to get decent results and so far I haven't had major issues with stalling but she definately runs rich. Unless you are running a setup that requires a VTA stay away from the HKS, even with it being recirculated (defeats the purpose when you could buy a IX BOV). Believe me, when I get the funds I'll definately be replacing mine until I'm actually ready for a VTA.

Did you really see the Works BOV mentioned when doing a search on what BOV to use? I _HIGHLY_ doubt that, haha.
The stock IX is the same as the JDM MR DV, so they are both great choices as a direct replacement up to 25psi. If you plan to run more than 25psi, then the next choice would be the Forge RS, because it's much stronger, is adjustable, and is fully recirculating like the previous two BOVs.
How would you know what came up when he searched? Geez at least the guy searched. Funny how you would give a guy crap wether he searches or not.

True! The diaphragm on GReddys don't like heat. I had one rip as well.

Great job wasting your 2nd post with useless information. That BOV isnt doing what a BOV is supposed to do. Enjoy the flutter.

You dont even have an Evo. Do some more research so you dont make any worthless mod choices when you get one.

It's not as good as the stock bov on the IX you plan to buy. Why would you plan on buying some random Greddy BOV when you don't even have an Evo and don't even know what comes on it from the factory?

Monstarr, my point is there's no way the Works BOV came up in searches. No one ever talks about that thing, nor does anyone ever recommend it. Therefore, I question the claim that he actually searched. I highly doubt it.
