Tapping IC pipe for smc or snow

How did you guys Tap your SMC nozzle to your IC pipe? did you drill a hole or made a custom bung? looking for pics or how too's. I installed mine but looking to see if I have better options I seem to have a leak on mine.

Yea my SMC leaked at first also what I did was use a bolt and nut with washers under both and cranked it to flatten out the IC pipe in one little spot, all is good now. Good idea to test with water first.

I believe the washer with the seal goes on the inside but it's been well over a year now. Flat washer doesn't seal to well on a concave surface.
