2 quick cam gear questions

I am installing my cams and cam gears this weekend and have 2 quick questions. First, what is the recommended torque specs for the perimeter bolts on the adjustable cam gears? Second, which way do I rotate the cam to retard the timing? I plan on setting it up initially with the -4/-1 setting.

Thanks in advance!!!

In the 8 manual, it's 65 ft-lbs

You'll realize that when you bust your stones trying to break them loose

I just need to know the torque specs for the 5 bolts on the cam gear, Not the center bolt. That one is 65 ft lbs.

I would not go too tight, they are not very strong bolts. I think my Fidanza's said 12-14 in/lbs.

My bad - I misread the question too.
I just ordered some cam gears. I'll see if there is something in the paperwork about those bolts.
