Different kind of boost problem... (i think)

So my old profec b was stolen out of my car and i decided to go with an aem truboost (a decision that i now regret) anyway, now with everything installed i can NOT get my car to boost over 15 lbs (tried endlessly with all of the settings), but once it gets there it seems to hold pretty consistent, maybe tapering down to 13.5 or so at 7k. at first i though maybe i had the lines backwards but when i swapped them around the most i would get was ~11 lbs. also i notice that the car seems to be spooling awfully late (15 psi dont come till about 6k). the only mods i have are a TBE and a reflash. and it is not REPEAT, not a snorkel isssue... any help? car ran beautifully before...

You are running on wastegate setting. You have it hooked up wrong, triple check everything or you have a defective BC.

Ok I'm wrong you're right. Obviously it's not working, so you either have it hooked up wrong or a defective unit.
