Hi

I have an EVO 8 JDM spec ... ACD and AYC.
My rear diff has a large crack on the top and is leaking the AT fluid that is for the ACD.

Since I need to replace it I am thinking if I could go for something tougher instead

Since this is my second rear diff, first had a problem with the ring and pinion.

any suggestions welcome

go with shep t-case stage 3...expensive though...

 

2nd rear diff??? beat the f out of that thing or what?lol sux tho. hopefully if you upgrade to something stronger it will hold up. 3rd times a charm

 

Yeah first rear diff probably had a manufacturing build issue.
I got that one replaced by my dealer under warranty.

I dont know what an Shep T.case will do for me though, I do have an EVO with AYC and ACD, so if I go for a non AYC ACD rear diff, I will probably need to exchange my front diff aswell.

or that is atleast what I think
