GT30R #'s on 91 and race gas

I am just curious to see the #'s some of you guys are making with a GT30R on 91 and race gas. I made (on a mustang dyno) 285whp and 231 ft tq on 91 and 383whp and 331 ft tq on 104. I feel that i could of maybe got more out of my pump gas tune as i see in searching to find most people putting down 330-350whp without cams. And i am curious to see #'s for race gas tunes on stock block and see how reliable they are. Like people putting down 430-480ish whp on stock block to see if they are reliable and not breaking stuff. In case your curious my mods include

RNR GT30R turbo kit
Invidia 3" downpipe
UR 3" test pipe
Tanabe 3" exhaust
AEM short ram intake
HKS SSQV BOV
Sun Automotive "Cyber Speed" Voltage and Grounding system
AMS small battery kit
AMS Upper intercooler pipe
RNR lower intercooler pipe
AMS front mount intercooler
Precision 780cc injectors
Walboro 255 in tank fuel pump
Forge MBC
Tial 38mm wastgate
Exedy Twin Disc Clutch
ARP Head Studs

I can drop some numbers on ya but they are on 93 and 104 unleaded. I made 380 whp and 307 lb.ft. on 93 octane with 23 psi on Buschur Racing's mustang dyno. Then for the hell of it on a near empty tank put in the 104 with no additional tuning at all just upped the boost to 25 psi it made 420 whp and 337 lb. ft.

Basically, on a dynojet like AMS and Tuning Technologies, you can CONSERVATIVELY expect to lay down 380-390 on 91, 450-485 on 100octane, and 485-515 on C-16.

I assume you have at least HKS 264 or 272 cams, even though you didn't list them in your mods... If not, you'll make a bit less.

you picked up 40 whp and 30 ft.lbs. by raising boost 2#'s with no tuning? Just making sure I read that right.

evolancer04 how much boost where u running on pump & race gas??

FYI - I did 400whp & 350torque @ 24psi on pump & meth (50/50) and 440whp/400torque @ 28psi with badly damaged main bearings & crankshaft, found out after the tune. Dynojet #'s BTW

I just changed to a GT35r after rebuilding the motor, no new #'s for the GT35r yet. The guy who bought my GT30r installed it on his stroked Evo 6 and made 517whp ? torque at 25psi.

I just think that the turbo likes more boost! runnin it in the low 20's is not gettin it in its efficiency range but turn her up and it seems to like to put it down! I am anxious to get another map for c16 and say maybe 28psi

I made 376 whp and 338 ft/lbs on 91 oct on dynojet
and 438whp and 389 ft/lbs on 110 oct (only 26psi though)

your pump gas number seems to be very low.
I have the exact same turbokit as yours btw.

my 91 map is at 18 psi, and my 104 map is at 26 psi

the tuner said he wanted to be safe with my 91 map and left it at 18 and didnt want to take it any higher on my stock block with 104. But i know some of you guys have been puttin down like 350whp at like 22 psi on 91 and like 460ish whp on race gas at like 28psi. Thats why i posted this to see if your setup's were running reliable. You know not messing anything up with runnin those #'s. I think my tuner is being a little to safe.

With that kit you can expect around 400whp at 23psi. With out cams it will be a bit less. You can also turn up the boost and make a considerable amount of power. Check out my sig. Also what engine management are you using? ECU flash? I don't know why you would have your boost set lower than stock for your standard fuel use. What is your knock count like, etc.

Yeah i am using ECU flash. Yeah thats what i thought about the boost. Its gotta be the tuner. I havent even looked at the map or done any datalogging myself to see what the knock count is. I have the evo scan program i just havent used it yet.
