This may be more of newbie question but if i were wanting to upgrade turbos is that something that should be done after bolt ons or is something like going from my stock evo 8 turbo to something like the evo 9 or, something i have heard alot about, the evogreen turbo more beneficial. All i have done is a dynoflash mail in reflash and a k&n drop in. I want to keep it looking and sounding as stock as possible but gain power were possible at a resonable price....like most.
