Clutch Master Cylinder question

I got under the dash last night to adjust my pedal, and noticed that the dust boot on my clutch master cylinder is gone. I bought the car used, and have no clue how long it has been that way. Im doing a clutch install next week. And Im wondering if the master cylinder needs to be replaced while Ive got fluid drained and easier access to the clutch line bolt. Its pretty much a "no-brainer" that it needs to be fixed. Im just wondering if anything else in the hydraulic system needs to be checked/cleaned.

BTW: local parts stores cant get it. And the nearest dealer is 200 miles away. I checked a couple online OEM sites that have it for $100-120. Anyone else have any suggestions as to where to purchase one?

edit: Is the standard Lancer master cylinder the same as the Evo?

Thx

In my old DSM days you could get a rebuild kit for master cylinder for about 15-20 bux. See if you can find one for the EVO.
