Hi guys,
I have recently upgraded to a 4G64 built block with Manley rods and Weisco piston and I have the following mods on the car.
ATP GT35R turbo kit 0.82 A/R
Greddy evo 2 exhaust no cat
apexi-i Power Fc ecu
HKS twin plate
1000 cc injectors
walbro 255lph
Aeromotive FPR
greddy front mount intercooler
All hard piping
ARP Head studds
Blitz SBC i-Color boost controller
Blitz blow off valve
I have ordered crower valve springs and retainers set and also thinking of switching to a smaller A/R on the turbo as I am loving the low end torque on the 4G64. I am not boosting yet as still running the engine in.
I have 2 questions
1) I want around 500hp shall I just switch to a samller A/R on the GT35Ror get a smaller turbo
2) I was thinking of getting HKS 272 cams but now am more inclined towards the GSC S1s. which ones would be best for my setup. I don't want lumpy idle.
Please advise.

I would strongly recomend you sell your atp turbo kit and get a other kind of 35R turbo kit that doesnt use stock manifold. I havent told many people this but i raced a 35R apt kit evo with race gas C16 built motor and all vs my stock turbo evo built block and every single mod you can have i was on pump gas.
I beat him by 3 cars and he was not happy i was at 385whp at the time he said he was pushing 510 on race gas then later i found out from a buddy that the time he race me he was only putting out 420whp on race gas the kit never really made good power due to what it was.
He clamed he miss shifted that was not the case i saw my friends cell phone video he just stright out lost.
A month later swaped turbo kits with a full race kit same turbo. Made 483whp on the same C16 tune. Later that month got a retune ,changed cams from juns to kelford 280 race cams and a hks dli and also changed gas from C16 to VP import and made 615whp. Now its a low 10second car but he changed it up from a drag car to a track car still makeing 600whp 470tq. The car is a beast now with just a few changes.
