nisei ic pipe help need quick response

nisei ic pipe help need quick response

b4 u tell me to search i already did and found nothing....right where the bracket for the pipe on the intake side is there is a power steering pump and the pipe wont fit...does any1 know how to do this?

I have nisei licp on, never had any fitment issue.. fit perfect..

i'll try to help you, but i don't quite understand your question. i'm running thier full pipe kit in aluminum. is the pipe bracket just not lining up or does the pipe plainly not fit?

what are u talking about??? do you mean the acd reservoir, but anyways I have the full kit, installed perfect...

yeah, the power steering pump isn't on the intake side of the bay. it's on the hotside IC piping side of the bay so i assume you're talking about the licp?

i think im just going to get the bracket removed...i already got frustrated n tried to saw it off n made a hole in the pipe so now i have to get it welded the install was going real smooth 2...this always happens to me heres the pic i was talking about[IMG][/IMG]

Call Nisei, they also have an install how to on their website.

On a similar topic how tight did you make your T-bolts? I was afraid to keep tightening them and bend my aluminum pipes...

its kind of a guessing game but you dont have to tighten them too crazy they will hold up..if u over tighten them the bolts might break

I dont know why you have an issue. Mine fit like a glove. Took a little time to line up and lube up the couplers, but in the end fit like a glove.

look at the pic the pump is in the way of where the bracket is supposed to mount...thats what my problem was

Mine mounted fine along with the competition core on an 05 with the same pump. Did you try leaving everything loose so you could wiggle it around?
