Problems With New Motor/turbo/dual In Tank Pump Setup???
yea but the secondary pump is operating fine, the primary pump is the one not operating as it should.
tighter fit in what way, i know its a little bit harder to get into the tank, but should it be hitting the metal inside the tank?
It's hard for me to see your problem being anything else other than pump related. I don't know how the two pumps tie together never installing a double pumper from Buschur before, but if one flows 43psi and the other flows 23psi? How many volts is the first pump seeing vs the second I'm sure it's close to the same.
Good luck and call Buschur for some insight. The car looks good by the way.

the first pump is supposed to work just like the stock one did, the 2nd pump comes on at 6 psi of boost. They connect with a Y into the stock feed line. There is a one way check valve in the hose of the 2nd pump so when the first pump is operating it doesnt flow fuel back into the 2nd pump. The 2nd pump is working perfectly. Only thing is I couldnt see the check valve in the 2nd pump line so maybe its not there??? IDK what the issue is
Again I dont even know if my problem is a fuel pump problem, maybe its something else? If anyone has any suggestions let me know as I'm strapped without my car until i figure it out
It appears to me as though you are re-installing the pumps 90 degrees from where they are suppose to be. Unless you have the front seat out of the car and are sitting in the car where the drivers seat use to be they are not pointing the right direction. They fittings we install should point towards the drivers side rear door.
With all the wiring/sensor problems you are having I'd look at the wiring going to the primary pump as the problem. If it ends up being a pump I'll replace it.

The primary pump is using the stock wiring, you think the stock wiring went bad? if you think thats the case, then couldnt I just tap into the power wire for the 2nd pump and hook it up to my factory plug?
that was my problem too, when hooking the boomslang up for the EBC i guess it wasn't plugged in all the way or got knocked around but threw all kinds of weird codes, sputtered when running sometimes, other times wouldn't start. i hope you figure it out and it's just something stupid.
