New Evo...NEED HELP

Hey guys...Well I picked up a 05 Evo8 GSR used a couple weeks ago and have some questions. The car has a HKS RS intake, 280 cams, Ebay 02 housing, ams motor mount inserts and i belive aWalbro FP.. Ok here are some pictures of the turbo, is this a adjustable wastegate? Also i just installed a Apexi EL2 boost guage and when I drive I am only at .8bar... And I know that is very low...lol...So I was wondering if there could be a boost leak that would make it this low, and if so where are the most common places for one. I have already zip tied the majority of the vac lines. I am pretty much out of ideas. PLEASE HELP....

0.8 bar is ~11.6psi... sounds like you're running wastegate pressure. You can search and read about it
