Exedy TD wear question...

I have about 5000 on my exedy td and now it started slipping and engagement was when the pedal was on the floor. So, I pulled out the clutch and all torques were right. What I need to know is what is the measurement for a worn out clutch disk? I am measuring 3.5 mm across disk. Thanks.

I wish I could help. I just wanted to chime in and say maybe there was something wrong with your clutch that it's already slipping after 5,000 miles. Were those 5,000 miles driven "HARD" or just normal driving?

I've got about 30,000 on mine and it's still feels like new. Do you have a waranty on it?

Good luck!

Babied daily driving, but it has seen about 20-25 track launches. I am hoping it is a hydrolic or TOB issue, but I need to rule out the disk wear first.
