ses light ??? please help (NOT A NEWB??)

I have been trying to figure out these 2 coses for weeks now and I can't seem to get anywhere. They are Manifold pressure diferential & tps values out of range. I have replaced both map and the tps and still not fixed. I have been useing a snap on MODIS with the latest updates and these codes seem to come back at random.

Ok I ran a new heavy ground from the neg batt bolt on the strut tower where the factory ground goes and it took care of the map sensor code but after 1 mile of driving the TPS values code came back and then I looked at the TPS and at 0%throttle the value was 0.645 and at 100% throttle it is 4.980, So how can this be out of range? Is 0.645 too much? I am statring to get angry at this car. Thanks for the help.
