I have never heard the sound before, if anybody can give me a bit more insight before i pull everything apart i'd appreciate it.

I don't think that it's in the valvetrain. I have never heard anything like that before either. Before tearing everything down, a compression test may be helpful to determine if it is indeed in the head. Do you have any CEL's or power loss?

sounds like's the motor.....do a compression test

No CEL's, there was no power loss either, but then again once i heard the sound, i didnt push the car anymore

Rod knock, you spun a bearing. Don't do that any more, or you will have a rod blowing out the side of the block. I spun a rod bearing, and it sounded just like that!! The more you run/idle the car, the more you are sending the copper/brass shavings (Rod bearing material) thru the motor and head, causing more dammage. Sorry about your mis-fortune bro.

Id have to say bearing as well. def dont run the car anymore or youll be paying for a turbo and head as well.
