Little history first, got in a small low speed accident with damage to the front right, the hood was okay but had to replace the bumper, fender, a few things underneath, but the big thing was the fender beam which required the motor to be pulled to replace it. Got it back everything looks great, runs fine and no problems until last night which is about two and a half after I got it back. A very stange noise and vibration comes as soon as the car comes into boost, around 8psi+. It is hard to describe, it is like a deep creaking noise, not grinding and I can feel the vibration threw the gas pedal and the entire car. It sounds to be coming from the front of the car, obviously.

The motor was pulled with the tranny attached. First thing I thought of was the clutch since it is the stock clutch and has 24k on it but it is not slipping. I have taken it to one of my local shops and to the body shop, but nothing seems out of place and they can't figure out the noise. Currently the body shop is waiting for the mechanic that pulled my motor to return to work from being sick to take a listen before they start taking things apart. So, we're thinking the tranny or the CV joints.....

So, any ideas?
